Q: What do I need to bring?
A: Bring your ID, as this is a 21+ event. Not that you would, but don't forget your smartphone so you can participate in our mobile auction. If you purchased your ticket before October 20, you should have received it in the mail. Bring that! You'll need it to get in.
Q: What about my ticket?
A: If you purchased your ticket before October 20, you should have received it in the mail. Bring it, as you'll need it to enter. If purchased after October 20, your tickets are at will call under the purchaser's name.
Q: What is the attire?
A: While casual is always welcome, feel free to dress up for a fun night out! Seating is limited, so comfortable shoes are a great idea if you plan to stroll through all the delicious booths. Whether you're going for laid-back or a little glam, wear what makes you feel your best!
Q: When and how can I access the mobile auction?
A: You can access the mobile auction at: barrelsbites2024.ggo.bid. Register now so when bidding opens, you're ready!
Q: What items are in the mobile auction?
A: Categories include beer, wine, spirits, collectibles, sports memorabilia, and swag from our fabulous vendors, which can include anything from branded umbrellas and BBQs to bicycles!
Q: Is food and drink free once I'm in?
A: Yes!
Q: How do I enter the diamond drop raffle?
A: Find one of our Young Leadership Club members, who will be walking around selling diamond drop raffle tickets. They will be wearing blinking lanyards. Entries are limited, so be sure to get your chance before they sell out!
Q: Let's talk about the "Hollywood Hunt"?
A: Guests can participate in our Hollywood Hunt for a chance to win a trip for two to Hollywood! Simply purchase a card, then visit all the booths listed to collect a stamp at each one. Once you've filled your card, turn it in to be entered into the drawing.
Q: Is there a discount for purchasing multiple tickets?
A: Yes! If your business wants to purchase tickets for employees as a thank-you, or if you want to get more friends together for a group purchase, buying 10 tickets will get you a 10% discount. Buy 20 tickets for a 15% discount!
